1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using NicheMatcher, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
NicheMatcher provides AI-powered B2B niche prospecting tools including niche analysis, CRM pipeline, multi-model AI comparison, and export functionality. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access with users outside your organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use NicheMatcher to conduct illegal activities, send unsolicited bulk communications, scrape data beyond your plan limits, or interfere with the service's infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The NicheMatcher platform, including its code, design, and brand, is owned by NicheMatcher. Your data — niche analyses, CRM data, and exports — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content you generate using the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
NicheMatcher is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
